Instructions: Unzip the database into a directory containing other MS Access 97 databases
Notes: Open this database and it will automatically compact each database in the same directory as it.  be sure the other databases aren't in use by any users.

Database Extractor 1.1

Instructions: Unzip the database.
Notes: Point at one database and give either an existing database name or the name of a database to create and all objects (tables, queries, forms, reports, macros and modules) updated after the given date will be exported into the new database.

Freeware Code Libraries

Three very useful Library database, in which you can store your own favourite MS Access objects for re-usability. They contain many of the objects detailed in the MS Access Answers pages.  The MS Access 2.0 version is no longer supported, whilst the MS Access 97 and 2000 versions have the much needed search facility included (and of course the components to use the generic search method in your own databases).
Library 97/2000 are also Intranet-Ready with an export facility that turns the contents pages into HTML pages (see Description of Contents for an example)

Stu's MS Access 2000 Library Database DAO Version 4.1

Instructions: Unzip in a new folder and open lib2000.mdb in MS Access 2000
Notes: This is a DAO version not that new fangled ADO.  So you'll need the DAO 3.6 object library added in your references so it understand what a database object is.
